Technical Sourcer


The Recruiting team is responsible for hiring the world class group of engineering, sales, and healthcare professionals that make our goals achievable. As a member of this team, the Technical Sourcer will partner with the greater technical recruiting team to understand needs and priorities and then source candidates for those positions.


  • Directly source candidates through research, cold calls, social media, and sourcing campaigns
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates by fostering long term relationships and regularly following up
  • Schedule all directly sourced candidates
  • Update our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) with all notes and relevant information to each candidate
  • Strategize ways to build talent pipelines for each search and execute on those strategies

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university
  • At least 1+ year recruiting experience with an in house recruiting team or an agency/search firm
  • Experience working with stakeholders or hiring manager at all levels
  • Experience sourcing
  • Experience managing a high volume of candidates effectively
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Extraordinary ability to pitch and close
  • Nose for value, ability to constantly prioritize and think at the strategic level
  • Ability to think on your feet and change or adapt to any ambiguous situation
  • Goal-oriented, mature, logical, strategic, polished, nuanced, quick-learner
  • Passionate about healthcare and the fight against cancer
